Beginner Level (Fundamentals of Resinous Coatings) Day 1 - 2 Course

• Class room introduction to resinous coatings (epoxy, urethane, polyaspartic, etc.)

• Surface preparation techniques (grinding, moisture testing)

• Mixing and application basics (pot life, ratios, tools)

• Hands-on practice with basic prep machinery.

• Safety and PPE Learn the correct safe way around the trade.

•  Advanced Application Techniques & Troubleshooting 

• Decorative systems (staining concrete, vinyl flake system, solid body system)

• Epoxies, polyaspatics, urethanes - hands on applications

• Proper priming and base coat applications

• Proper prep before top coats

• Repair techniques for cracks, divots, and moisture issues

• Troubleshooting common failures/mistakes (bubbling, peeling, discoloration)

• Hands-on installation multiple systems

• Certification upon completion

Advanced Level (Custom Systems & Business Growth) Day 3 - 4 Course

• High-performance coatings classroom education

• Advanced base coats, top coats, metallic systems, chemical-resistant systems, anti-slip, ESD, etc.

• Custom design techniques (logos, stencils, multi-layer effects)

• Estimating & bidding projects

• Marketing and growing a coatings business

• Hands-on applications
